Arezzo hosts Ediltrophy 2026 regional masonry competition

The regional selection of the Ediltrophy 2026 masonry competition took place at the Giardini Porcinai in Arezzo, involving participants from all ten provinces of Tuscany. The event, organized by the Scuola Edile di Arezzo, focused on the technical skill and creativity of expert masons tasked with constructing masonry benches with planters.

The winning pair from the province of Pisa, consisting of Massimo Stabile and Roberto Stabile, secured the top spot and earned a place in the national finals scheduled for October 10 in Bologna at the SAIE construction fair. Other notable placements included second place for Massa Carrara and third for Pistoia.

In addition to the competition, the event served as a showcase for professional training and technical expertise. The masonry works created during the competition will be donated to the Municipality of Arezzo to enhance local green spaces and urban decor.
