Argentina advances judicial interoperability and inter-jurisdictional cooperation

Argentina's judicial system is advancing technological integration and inter-jurisdictional cooperation. The province of Tucumán has joined the BUS Federal, a platform that enables interconnection between provincial judicial powers. This addition completes the national map of judicial interoperability, allowing for streamlined information exchange and faster administrative procedures across the country.

In a separate initiative to strengthen legal enforcement, the Court of Justice of Catamarca and the Ministry of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires have signed a cooperation agreement regarding food debtor registries. The agreement establishes digital mechanisms to exchange information on delinquent debtors between the two jurisdictions. This measure aims to prevent individuals from evading child support obligations by moving between provinces, ensuring better protection for the rights of minors.
