Argentina advances public works in Tucumán and seeks electoral reform support

National Deputy Gladys Medina met Governor Osvaldo Jaldo to press for the reactivation of stalled public‑works projects in Concepción, Aguilares and San Andrés in Tucumán, aiming to preserve construction jobs and complete partially finished infrastructure.

Interior Minister Diego Santilli intensified outreach to provincial governors, including Catamarca’s Raúl Jalil, to build backing for the government's priority electoral reform that would eliminate the open, simultaneous, mandatory primary (PASO) system and modify other election rules.
