Argentina educational institutions host initiatives on AI and creativity
Educational institutions in Argentina are hosting initiatives to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on teaching and creative processes.
In Rafaela, the Universidad Católica de Santa Fe (UCSF) is organizing the first congress titled “The intrusion of AI in the teaching-learning of creative processes.” The event, held in collaboration with the Municipality of Rafaela and various architectural and urbanist organizations, aims to provide an interdisciplinary perspective on how generative AI affects architecture, design, communication, and culture. The initiative stems from research into AI as a didactic tool for teaching architecture.
Additionally, the Escuela Normal Superior General Manuel Belgrano conducted a specialized webinar-workshop titled “Interactive Murals with Artificial Intelligence.” Supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the training focused on pedagogical innovation and digital tools. The program emphasized “School Technological Sovereignty,” encouraging teachers to use AI for collective construction, creativity, and critical reflection in the classroom.
