Argentina expands affordable housing with new programs in Trenque Lauquen and La Punta

Mayor Francisco Recoulat of Trenque Lauquen announced that registration is open for 38 homes in the municipal “Círculo Cerrado” program, which is financed at prices below market value. Applications can be submitted online until 31 August, and the project is presented as a transparent, low‑cost pathway to home ownership.

Governor Claudio Poggi of San Luis Province reported that 34 homes in La Punta are entering the final construction stage, with delivery slated for 24 October. The development includes 30 units under the “Tenemos Futuro” scheme and four additional homes from the “Progreso” and “Sueños” plans, with work now focused on doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, and electrical infrastructure.
