Argentina extends Progresar Trabajo scholarship registration

Argentina's Ministry of Human Capital has extended the registration period for the Progresar Trabajo scholarship program until November 27, 2026. The program provides monthly financial assistance to individuals enrolled in professional training courses endorsed by the National Institute of Technological Education (INET).

Beneficiaries receive a monthly stipend of $35,000, totaling up to $420,000 annually. The funds are managed through ANSES, with certain portions subject to academic regularity and specific certifications.

Eligibility requirements include being an Argentine citizen or a foreign resident with at least two years of legal residency. Applicants must generally be between 18 and 24 years old, though the age limit extends to 35 for unemployed individuals or those heading single-parent households. Additionally, household income must not exceed three Minimum, Vital, and Mobile Salaries (SMVM), and applicants must not hold prior degrees or receive other state scholarships.
