Argentina highlights vocational training in Chaco and Chubut

In the province of Chaco, more than 200 students and teachers from agricultural schools participated in the Agronea 2026 showcase, presenting livestock, dairy, meat processing, liquor and compost production. The event, supported by the Ministry of Education, aimed to link technical education with the productive sector and promote employment opportunities for young graduates.

In Chubut, a naval welding course concluded with the graduation of three women who received their first training in a traditionally male‑dominated trade. The program, organized by the NavalCoop cooperative, also included a young male trainee and featured a ceremony attended by provincial labour secretary Nicolás Zárate, who highlighted the role of professional training in fostering gender inclusion and supporting the growth of the ship‑building industry.
