Argentina reactivates winter bus routes to Los Reyunos and Cerro Chapelco

The private operator Buttini has temporarily reinstated the bus line that links the centre of San Rafael with the Los Reynos tourist complex for the winter vacation period. The service runs until Friday 17 July, with departures from General Paz and Yrigoyen at 9:00 and 15:35 on weekdays and additional Saturday, Sunday and holiday schedules. Fare details have not been confirmed, though the previous summer price was 6,000 Argentine pesos.

In Neuquén province, Expreso Los Andes has added four daily trips from the San Martín de los Andes terminal to the base of the Cerro Chapelco ski area, plus three return trips. Tickets cost 15,000 pesos per leg, and riders must purchase a rechargeable card for 2,500 pesos. The expanded service aims to make the ski resort more accessible to tourists and locals who lack a private vehicle during the peak winter season.
