Argentina expands digital appointment tools for ANSES, PAMI, hospitals

The Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES) now lets users request in‑person service appointments online, choosing any office nationwide without needing to visit the office tied to their registered address. The free service requires a CUIL number and internet access, and users can view, modify or cancel bookings through the official portal.

The Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados (PAMI) has launched a dedicated digital platform for scheduling office visits. The system lets beneficiaries select procedures, date and time slots, and offers automatic reminders. It also provides access to digital health records, prescriptions and other services via the Mi PAMI portal.

In Neuquén, Hospital Castro Rendón extended its outpatient hours to 20:00, adding evening availability for nursing, vaccination, pharmacy and imaging services to accommodate patients who cannot attend in the morning. The move is part of a provincial strategy to improve primary‑care access.

The Hospital Materno Infantil in San Isidro introduced telephone appointment scheduling for dozens of pediatric specialties, reducing the need for in‑person booking trips. The initiative, highlighted by medical director Dr. Julieta Dudkevich, is integrated with a new Health Information System to streamline clinical records and appointment management.
