Argentina's Natalia De la Sota meets Juan Manuel Olmos to craft federal alternative to President Milei
National Deputy Natalia De la Sota (PJ – Construyendo Córdoba) met with Juan Manuel Olmos, a leading strategist of the Buenos Aires City Peronist faction, in Córdoba. Both expressed the need to build a federal, centrist Peronist alternative to President Javier Milei’s libertarian agenda, emphasizing production, employment, education, science and technology.
The meeting was presented as part of a broader dialogue among Peronist leaders from several provinces, including Victoria Tolosa Paz, Guillermo Mitchel, Teresita Madera and CGT co‑secretary Cristian Jerónimo. The participants highlighted concerns that Milei’s policies threaten salaries, increase family debt and undermine public services, and they called for a unified, socially‑just program to counter the current government’s neoliberal direction.
