Argentina's San Luis and Misiones Provinces Accelerate Public Housing Construction
The provincial government of San Luis is advancing its "Tenemos Futuro" housing program in the Chacabuco department, building 30 new homes across San Pablo, Renca and Naschel. Structures are being completed and interior and exterior finishes, including flooring, waterproofing and doors, are nearing final stages.
In Misiones, the Institute of Provincial Housing Development (IPRODHA) plans to deliver about 300 homes in Posadas from the Convocatoria 250 scheme between late August and September. Parallel efforts include the completion of 42 houses in Apóstoles, ongoing work on the Viviendas Misioneras 2020 project in Puerto Libertad, and the preparation of roughly 150 units in Oberá, all aimed at preserving construction jobs and expanding home access.
