Argentine art exhibitions launch in Paraná and Córdoba
Several art exhibitions are opening or continuing in Argentina, highlighting both contemporary and master-level works. In Paraná, the Blanca Irradiante gallery and art market is launching “Ficciones en línea” on Thursday, October 1st. The exhibition features five artists—Elina Aguilar, Carolina Bettin, Luz López, Claudio Osán, and Lisandro Pierotti—exploring the medium of drawing through various generational perspectives. The show, curated by Silvina Fontelles, will run until October 22nd and includes special events such as a Drawing Jam and a painting workshop.
In Córdoba, posthumous exhibitions are currently on display in honor of masters Carlos Alonso and Eugenio Zanetti. Both artists recently passed away, leaving behind works that were prepared or helped to be mounted prior to their deaths. Alonso’s collection features drawings, paintings, and engravings noted for their humanist and social critique, while Zanetti’s work showcases his unique aesthetic as a painter, set designer, and film director. These exhibitions coincide with the 13th Córdoba Art Market.
