Argentine artists launch new exhibitions in Comodoro Rivadavia and Buenos Aires

Several art exhibitions are opening in Argentina, highlighting diverse regional talents. In Comodoro Rivadavia, Liliana Ostrovsky has inaugurated a retrospective titled ‘Vida y obra de un trazo inquieto. El arte de Lili Ostrovsky’. The exhibition features over 70 illustrations and caricatures spanning her career across Argentina and Brazil, including early childhood drawings and works from her ‘Patio Ilustrado’ project.

In Buenos Aires, artist Adriana Lugones will inaugurate her solo exhibition, ‘Habitar lo incompleto’, at La Porteña Galería de Arte on October 17. The showcase, part of the Art Week festivities, combines drawing, painting, and textile practices using materials such as paper, thread, and pigment. The exhibition aims to bring the artistic production of Jujuy to the contemporary cultural circuit of the capital.
