Argentine authorities deploy security for upcoming football matches
Security authorities in Argentina have established comprehensive operational plans for upcoming football matches to ensure public order and safety.
In Córdoba, the Provincial Security Ministry, through the Provincial Sports Security Council, has coordinated deployments for matches involving Talleres, Racing de Córdoba, and Instituto. The Talleres vs. Central Córdoba match at the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium will involve approximately 800 personnel, including police, firefighters, and private security, supported by six ambulances. The Racing de Córdoba vs. Colón de Santa Fe match at the Miguel Sancho Stadium will utilize 250 personnel.
In La Plata, Aprevide has outlined security measures for the Estudiantes match. The operation will include 250 provincial police officers and 60 private security agents. Authorities have issued strict guidelines for fans, prohibiting the entry of pyrotechnics, bottles, or clothing identifying opposing teams, and masks. Specific access routes have been designated for both home and visiting supporters to manage stadium entry effectively.
