Argentine beef to showcase at SIAL Paris 2026

The Argentine Beef Promotion Institute (IPCVA) will lead Argentina's participation in the SIAL Paris 2026 food industry fair, scheduled for October 17–21 in France. The event arrives at a strategic moment for the beef sector, driven by the upcoming implementation of European Union deforestation regulations and potential commercial opportunities stemming from the EU-Mercosur agreement.

IPCVA President Georges Breitschmitt noted that the fair is particularly significant as Brazil currently faces restrictions on exporting beef products to the European community. To showcase the national industry's ability to meet new environmental and commercial standards, the IPCVA will host a 1,000-square-meter Argentine Beef Pavilion featuring 30 participating companies.
