Argentine gastronomy and wine sectors promote regional integration

Argentine culinary and viticultural sectors are highlighting regional integration through new professional forums and collaborative dining experiences.

In Mendoza, Al Mando has launched a new initiative titled ‘Sintonizando el futuro de la gastronomía y la hospitalidad’. Created by Ana Lovaglio Balbo and Flavia Amad, the program aims to foster dialogue between industry leaders and new professionals. The cycle focuses on leadership, team building, management styles, and the intersection of kitchen, service, and wine, while addressing the challenges of the hospitality sector and the development of Mendoza as a gastronomic destination.

Additionally, the ‘La Mesa Compartida’ series, driven by Bravado, recently completed its third edition. This collaborative dining concept, operating under the principle of ‘2 bodegas | 1 experiencia’, brought together the Patagonia and Calchaquí Valleys regions. The event featured a partnership between Bodega Del Fin Del Mundo and Karas Wines with El Porvenir de Cafayate and the restaurant Pausa, blending regional ingredients and wines to bridge different Argentine territories.
