Argentine gastronomy receives Michelin and Prix Baron B recognition

In Buenos Aires, the restaurant República del Fuego has received the Bib Gourmand distinction from the Michelin Guide, which recognizes establishments offering high-quality dining at a good value. Located in Recoleta, the restaurant, led by chef Gabriel Pérez, focuses on fire-based cooking techniques to enhance seasonal products, including meats, vegetables, and handmade pastas.
