The municipality of Concordia (Entre Ríos) held a free customer‑service and quality‑of‑service workshop led by Guillermina Latrilla and Daiana Mattiassi. Participants practiced communication, emotion management and service best practices, with the aim of boosting employability and improving local business interactions. The program is part of the city's permanent training plan for residents.
In Chacabuco, Buenos Aires Province, municipal authorities opened registration for a series of free courses running from August to November. Offerings include tax and payroll liquidation, an English for tourism course, and a basic welding certification endorsed by the provincial Ministry of Labor. Classes are scheduled at the local university centre, a fishing‑camp club and a cooperative workshop, open to anyone over 17 who registers via WhatsApp.
