Argentine regional leaders seek international investment and cooperation

Argentine regional leaders are pursuing international cooperation and investment opportunities through strategic partnerships.

In Bell Ville, Mayor Juan Manuel Moroni participated in the II Strategic Public-Private and International Linkage Mission organized by the Argentine Network of Municipalities Facing Climate Change (RAMCC). The mission aimed to establish alliances with business chambers, international organizations, and foreign ministries to foster productive projects and employment. Meetings were held with entities including the Argentine-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and the ICBC Foundation to explore sustainable development financing and internationalization.

In Mendoza, Governor Alfredo Cornejo met with a United States delegation from the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) and the Fundación Universitaria del Río de la Plata (FURP). The delegation included various state representatives and officials from Wisconsin, Oklahoma, New York, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and California. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional ties and promoting Mendoza as a destination for investment. Governor Cornejo highlighted the province's fiscal stability, noting that Mendoza has maintained balanced public accounts and reduced debt over the last decade.
