In Comodoro, officials announced a special free‑parking program for the Father’s Day weekend (June 19‑20). Drivers who activate the measured‑parking (SEM) app between 15:00‑20:00 on Friday and make purchases at local shops will receive a refund for up to three hours of parking; the benefit does not apply on Saturday morning.

Necochea’s city council debated reforms to its measured‑parking system and the handling of Aeroclub funds. Proposals include removing the system from the downtown area except during the summer beach season or reducing its operating hours. The local commercial chamber supports greater parking flexibility, while municipal executives will evaluate the economic impact before any changes are adopted.
