Arla Foods recalls protein pudding due to glass contamination risk

Arla Foods has initiated a precautionary recall of specific batches of Arla Protein Pudding due to the potential presence of small glass fragments. The affected products were manufactured at the company's production facility in Esbjerg, Denmark.

The recall includes several varieties, specifically Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Vanilla-Biscuit. Affected batches include products with best-before dates such as 11 January 2027, 7 April 2027, 23 April 2027, 26 April 2027, and 7 May 2027.

In Mauritius, the official distributor BrandActiv has activated emergency procedures to withdraw the stock from retail outlets. Consumers who have purchased the affected products are advised not to consume them and should return them to the point of purchase for a full refund.
