Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan visits Russia for InnoproM-2026 industrial fair

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan travelled from Tehran to Yekaterinburg, Russia, to attend the InnoproM‑2026 international industrial exhibition. While there he participated in the “Industry 360 – Production without borders” plenary session and met Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, as well as Yekaterinburg mayor Alexey Orlov.

Pashinyan said Armenia is ready to continue developing relations with Russia, remains interested in staying in the Eurasian Economic Union and intends to resolve “complex” bilateral issues. He noted that Russia remains Armenia’s largest trade partner and investor, emphasizing that the visit does not signal a break with the West but a desire to balance cooperation with both Moscow and Western partners.
