Arsenal nearing purchase of Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis

Arsenal FC is reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign Greek winger Christos Tzolis from Belgian club Club Brugge. The Premier League side is said to have held direct talks with the player, and the club’s asking price of around €40 million is considered affordable for the London team. If completed, Tzolis would join Arsenal for the next season, ending his stint in the Jupiler Pro League.

Separately, former Club Brugge loanee Tahith Chong, who struggled to establish himself in Europe, has become a regular starter for Curaçao and earned a place in the nation’s squad for the upcoming World Cup. The Dutch‑born forward’s revival contrasts with his earlier disappointing spell at Brugge, highlighting a turnaround in his international career.
