Arsenal win Premier League as Guardiola hints at his own future

Arsenal secured the Premier League title, ending a 22‑year wait, after drawing 1‑1 away to Bournemouth which confirmed Manchester City’s title hopes were over. Pep Guardiola, Manchester City’s technical director, congratulated Arsenal and praised manager Mikel Arteta’s work, saying the team deserved the championship.

Guardiola also addressed speculation about his own future, noting that he will discuss his next steps with club president Khaldoon Al Mubarak after the season. Reports suggest the strongest scenario is his departure, potentially replaced by former assistant Enzo Maresca, who previously managed Chelsea.

Guardiola emphasized that throughout the season his focus was solely on taking the team to the highest level in the FA Cup, Champions League and Premier League.
