Art exhibitions scheduled in Italy featuring Angelo Barile and Rosario Livatino tributes

Two distinct art exhibitions are scheduled to take place in Italy. Angelo Barile will present his solo exhibition, ‘APOCALYPSE’, at the MAU – Museo d’Arte Urbana from May 8 to May 22, 2026. The show explores the conflict between good and evil through large-scale oil paintings and a 3.20-meter tall angelic statue.

In Rome, the Galleria ‘La Pigna’ will host a collective exhibition titled ‘Fede e Giustizia’ (Faith and Justice) starting September 4. Organized by the Unione Cattolica Artisti Italiani (UCAI) Rome section, the exhibition features 24 artists paying tribute to Blessed Rosario Livatino, a magistrate murdered by the mafia in 1990. The event serves as a precursor to the second edition of the ‘Premio Europeo della Giustizia Beato Rosario Livatino’ in October 2026.
