Art Week Querétaro to debut in November 2026

The inaugural Art Week Querétaro is scheduled to take place from November 9 to 15, 2026. The event aims to transform the city into a living art circuit, integrating various disciplines including art, design, architecture, fashion, cinema, and photography.

One of the central components of the week will be JUSTQRO, an international contemporary art fair held from November 12 to 15. This fair is expected to feature approximately 30 individual and duo projects involving nearly 60 artists, showcasing works in sculpture, textiles, ceramics, and other media.

State Secretary of Culture Ana Paola López Birlain emphasized that the initiative seeks to boost the creative economy by connecting artists, designers, and entrepreneurs with the private sector and academic institutions. Project creator Michel Iniestra noted that the event recognizes the deep connection between art and daily life, leveraging Querétaro’s local artistic community to create a program with national and international reach.
