Asseco Poland appoints Rafał Kozłowski as President

Asseco Poland has finalized a long-term succession plan, appointing Rafał Kozłowski as President of the Management Board for the 2027–2031 term. Kozłowski will officially assume the role on January 1, 2027.

Adam Góral, the company’s founder and long-time leader who has headed the group since its inception in 1991, will transition to the Supervisory Board at the start of 2027. This move marks the formal conclusion of a leadership transition process within Central and Eastern Europe’s largest IT company.

Kozłowski has been with the Asseco Group for over twenty years, previously serving as CFO from 2012 to 2021 and leading Asseco Enterprise Solutions since 2020. The newly appointed eleven-member Management Board also includes several vice presidents, including Grzegorz Bartler, Tomasz Bendlewski, and others, to ensure management stability and continuity.
