Asseco Poland leadership succession

Overview

Asseco Poland has announced a leadership transition to ensure management stability and continuity. Rafał Kozłowski, a veteran of the Asseco Group for over twenty years, has been appointed President of the Management Board for a five-year term from 2027 to 2031. He is scheduled to officially assume the role on January 1, 2027.

This appointment marks the conclusion of a long-term succession plan. Adam Góral, the company’s founder who has led the group since 1991, will transition to the Supervisory Board at the start of 2027.

To support the new presidency, the supervisory board has appointed an eleven-member Management Board, including ten new vice presidents. This leadership change follows a period of financial growth, with the Asseco Group reporting 9.3 billion PLN in sales revenue and a 38 percent increase in operating profit during the first half of 2026.
