Aston Martin unveils DBX GT luxury SUV and opens Q London flagship
Aston Martin has unveiled the DBX GT, a new iteration of its flagship SUV designed to prioritize luxury, comfort, and refinement over pure sportiness. While it retains the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine found in the DBX S—producing 727 hp and 900 Nm of torque—the GT model features significant adjustments to its chassis, suspension, and interior to enhance the driving experience for daily use.
Key technical improvements include a retuned suspension with specialized damping to reduce vibrations and enhanced acoustic insulation, which reportedly improves cabin clarity by 13%. The interior has been upgraded with redesigned seats featuring an additional 10mm layer of memory foam and bespoke embroidery. Externally, the DBX GT introduces a new double-vaned grille, two-piece metal side strakes inspired by watchmaking, and body-colored trim on the bumpers, side sills, and rear diffuser.
Alongside the vehicle launch, Aston Martin officially opened ‘Q London,’ a new flagship bespoke experience center located in Mayfair, London. The 587-square-meter facility serves as a hub for the ‘Q by Aston Martin’ personalization service, allowing clients to customize vehicles with extensive material and color options through digital visualization and physical samples. Deliveries for the DBX GT are expected to begin in late 2026.
