Aston Martin dismisses rumors of Christian Horner joining team

Lawrence Stroll, chief executive of Aston Martin, said the team continues to hear speculation about former Red Bull boss Christian Horner potentially taking a role, but he could not provide details and affirmed confidence in the current management structure. He added that while minor adjustments may occur, the team is satisfied with its personnel and is focused on incremental car development for upcoming races.

Technical director Adrian Newey echoed the comment, stating the rumors are known to him but offering no further information. He reiterated that Aston Martin is pleased with its existing leadership and engineering staff and that any changes would be limited to small refinements. Horner, who left Red Bull after the 2023 British Grand Prix, indicated he is open to opportunities that align with his ambitions, but no concrete discussions have been confirmed.
