Aston Martin unveils Valen, a limited-edition V12 supercar

Aston Martin has unveiled the Valen, a highly limited supercar produced in only 150 units. Developed by the brand’s Q by Aston Martin personalization service and Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) department, the Valen is described as the most powerful front-engined production car in the company’s 113-year history.

The vehicle features a 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine delivering 850 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. It utilizes an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission with calibration inspired by the Vantage GT4 racing program. The Valen can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 3.1 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 344–345 km/h.

To enhance performance, the Valen incorporates extensive weight-saving measures, including a full carbon-fiber body and the use of aluminum, titanium, and magnesium. These efforts have reduced the vehicle's weight by up to 110 kg compared to the standard V12 platform. Drivers can select from three performance modes: Sport, Sport+, and Track, which adjust throttle response and vehicle behavior.
