Astral Resources reports high-grade gold intersections at Mandilla project

Astral Resources has reported significant gold intersections from deep diamond drilling at its Theia Deeps program, located within the Mandilla gold project in Western Australia. The drilling results have identified broad zones of high-grade mineralization extending beyond the existing April 2026 mineral resource estimate (MRE) shell.

Key assay results include an intersection of 52.75 metres at 4.67g/t gold from 445.25 metres, which contained narrow high-grade zones such as 0.34 metres at 477g/t gold. Other notable intersections include 45 metres at 1.39g/t gold and 25 metres at 1.68g/t gold, both of which were located outside the current resource shell.

In response to these findings, Astral Resources has expanded its Theia Deeps drilling program from an initial six holes (3,000 metres) to 21 holes totaling 11,000 metres. Managing director Marc Ducler stated that the results demonstrate the potential for significant high-grade depth extensions and further mineralization along strike.
