ASUS unveils AI-driven ProArt computers at IFA 2026
At IFA 2026 in Berlin, ASUS unveiled a new lineup of AI-focused computers powered by the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform. The hardware is designed to enable local AI processing, reducing reliance on cloud services for tasks such as running large language models, 3D rendering, and 4K video generation.
Key products include the ProArt P14 and P16 laptops, as well as the ProArt GR1X Mini PC. The ProArt P16 is noted as one of the thinnest 16-inch laptops in its class, measuring just 12.9 mm. These devices utilize the NVIDIA RTX Spark superchip, an ARM-based architecture that integrates an NVIDIA Grace CPU with NVIDIA Blackwell RTX graphics via NVLink-C2C technology. High-end configurations can offer up to 128 GB of unified memory and AI performance reaching 1 petaflop, capable of running models with up to 120 billion parameters.
To support this hardware, ASUS is introducing a software ecosystem including MuseTree and StoryCube for generative AI and media management. The platform aims to compete in the high-performance ARM-based Windows market, targeting content creators, developers, and professionals.
