ASUS launches Ascent QN10 AI mini PC with Snapdragon X2 Elite
ASUS has launched the Ascent QN10, an ultra-compact mini PC designed for local artificial intelligence workloads. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, featuring an 18-core Oryon CPU and an Adreno X2-90 GPU.
A central feature of the hardware is its integrated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, which delivers 80 TOPS (trillion operations per second) of performance. This capability is intended to support agentic AI applications and large language models locally, reducing reliance on cloud servers and enhancing data privacy. The system provides access to the Qualcomm AI Hub, which includes over 175 pre-optimized models.
The Ascent QN10 features a highly compact chassis with a volume of less than 0.7 liters and weighs approximately 750 grams. It is available with 16 GB or 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and offers storage configurations of 512 GB, 1 TB, or 2 TB, with two M.2 slots available for expansion.
