Atlético Nacional and Once Caldas to play charity match for earthquake relief

Atlético Nacional and Once Caldas will face each other in a charity friendly match at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium in Medellín to support families affected by the earthquake on August 10. The match is scheduled for Thursday at 7:00 p. m.

Proceeds from ticket sales, which range from 15,000 to 65,000 pesos, will be distributed through Corporación Presentes to assist earthquake victims. In addition to monetary support, the event will collect donations of clothing, non-perishable food, and hygiene products.

Atlético Nacional president Sebastián Arango stated that the initiative aims to use football as a social mobilizer to support those impacted by the tragedy, noting that some players and club associates were also affected by the seismic event. The match features notable players including Franco Armani and Dayro Moreno.
