Atlus and SEGA announce Persona 4 Revival details and PAX West lineup

SEGA and Atlus have announced several updates regarding the Persona franchise. Persona 4 Revival is scheduled for release on February 18, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The remake will feature expanded voice acting for cutscenes and Social Link events, new combat mechanics such as ‘Baton Pass’ and ‘Prime Time’, and a refreshed soundtrack by Ryota Kozuka.

At PAX West 2026, SEGA will host playable demos for Persona 4 Revival, marking its first public hands-on opportunity in North America. The event will also include a developer panel and an autograph session to celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary.

Additionally, series producer Kazuhisa Wada expressed personal support for creating remakes of the first two Persona titles, though no official plans have been confirmed. Separately, the title Metaphor ReFantazio is currently available on Steam at a 60 percent discount until August 24.
