Atlus unveils Persona 4 Revival remake for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series

Atlus announced a full remake of the 2008 RPG Persona 4, titled Persona 4 Revival. The company released a 22‑minute video detailing the game's story, updated graphics, new combat mechanics—including a block counter, enemy‑push attacks, character swapping, a chargeable special bar and an enhanced Baton Pass system—and expanded Social Link events. Voice work has been re‑recorded in Japanese and English, with Spanish subtitles, and all character models and animations have been rebuilt. The title will launch on February 18 2027 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles, with Sega handling distribution in Spain. Atlus also confirmed that the script has been revised for improved Western localisation, and that additional side activities such as part‑time jobs and mini‑games have been refined for smoother gameplay.
