Attica power outages planned for July 1, 2026

The Greek electricity distribution operator DEDDIE has scheduled power cuts across multiple districts of Attica on Wednesday, 1 July 2026. The outages, intended for construction and network‑operation work, will affect neighborhoods in central Athens, the southern suburbs and parts of eastern Attica. Specific interruptions include:

• Nea Ionia (13:00‑16:00) – Kalvou street between Panagoulli and Andrianou. • Galatsi (08:00‑14:00) – Kyparissias and Protopapadaki streets. • Kallithea (08:00‑12:00) – Lykourgou street (Hatzini to Lykourgou 231 and 235) and several other streets such as Solonos, Zervou, Syrou and others. • Additional zones in the south‑east (Alimos, Voulas, Paiania) and the eastern suburb of Markopoulo with varying time windows from early morning to evening.

Residents are warned that electrical installations will remain live throughout the work and are asked to plan accordingly. The measures aim to improve the reliability of the local electricity supply network.
