Attica Region promotes tourism at IFTM Top Resa in Paris

Attica Governor Nikos Hardalias visited Paris to inaugurate the Attica Region's pavilion at the IFTM Top Resa 2026 international tourism exhibition, held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The region is participating as a co-exhibitor within the Greek National Tourism Organization's national pavilion.

The initiative aims to penetrate major international markets, attract new tourist flows, and promote the Attica basin as a competitive, sustainable, and modern destination available year-round. During the event, Hardalias met with international tour operators and industry professionals to discuss global tourism trends and ways to expand the region's presence in new markets.

Discussions focused heavily on the French market, highlighting the diverse offerings of Attica, including Athens, the Athenian Riviera, Piraeus, the Saronic islands, gastronomy, and maritime and conference tourism. The goal is to extend the tourist season and create added value for local communities and the economy.
