Greek police have dismantled a drug trafficking operation in the Attica region and the Zografou University Campus, resulting in the arrest of three individuals aged 48, 49, and 53.
Authorities uncovered two hydroponic laboratories used for cultivating cannabis. One site, located in the 53-year-old's residence, contained nine cannabis plants. A second fully equipped laboratory in a ground-floor apartment featured artificial lighting and specialized equipment, where police uprooted 58 cannabis plants.
During the raids, officers seized over 2 kilograms of raw skunk cannabis, various quantities of processed cannabis (referred to as "chocolate"), and cannabis fragments. Additional items confiscated include precision scales, mobile phones, hydroponic equipment (lamps, humidifiers, ventilation systems), and approximately 1,250 euros in cash. The estimated economic benefit from the group's activities exceeded 90,000 euros.
