Audi A6 e-tron sets Guinness World Record for electric vehicle range
Polish rally driver Miko Marczyk has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest distance traveled by a production electric vehicle on a single charge. Driving a standard Audi A6 Sportback e-tron performance, Marczyk covered 1,338 kilometers across Poland.
The journey lasted over 45 hours and was conducted in real-world traffic conditions, passing through cities such as Kraków, Warsaw, and Toruń. To achieve this result, Marczyk utilized highly efficient driving techniques, including maximizing regenerative braking, maintaining optimal tire pressure, and practicing smooth acceleration and deceleration.
The vehicle achieved an average energy consumption of just 7.09 kWh per 100 kilometers. This performance significantly exceeded the model's official WLTP range of approximately 774 to 777 kilometers. The record surpasses the previous milestone of 1,205 kilometers set in 2025 by a Lucid Air Grand Touring.
