Audi develops first SQ3 high-performance compact SUV

Audi is preparing to launch the first-ever SQ3, a high-performance variant of its Q3 compact SUV. Recent spy photos taken during road testing reveal a vehicle equipped with the S Line package, featuring both exterior and interior sporty enhancements.

A key visual and technical identifier is the four-exit exhaust system. The model is expected to feature a 2.0 TFSI four-cylinder engine capable of producing over 300 CV, potentially reaching up to 333 CV. This performance upgrade fills a gap in the current Q3 lineup, which currently tops out at 265 CV in gasoline models.

The SQ3 will likely be paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a quattro all-wheel-drive system to support its increased power and dynamic driving characteristics.
