Skoda launches Peaq, its largest electric SUV with up to 647 km range

Skoda unveiled the Peaq, the brand’s biggest electric SUV and its new global flagship. At 4.87 m long with a 2.96 m wheelbase, the vehicle offers three‑row seating for up to seven passengers and a cargo capacity of 935 L in five‑seat mode (299 L with all seats up). Two battery packs are available – a 63 kWh unit delivering about 460 km WLTP range and a 91 kWh unit delivering up to 647 km WLTP range. Powertrains include the rear‑wheel‑drive Peaq 60 (150 kW), the rear‑wheel‑drive Peaq 90 (210 kW) and the all‑wheel‑drive Peaq 90x (220 kW), with 0–100 km/h times of 8.4 s, 7.1 s and 6.7 s respectively. Fast DC charging fills the larger battery from 10 % to 80 % in roughly 28 minutes.

Inside, the Peaq features a vertically mounted 13.6‑inch Android infotainment screen, a 10.25‑inch digital instrument cluster, a 16‑speaker Sonos audio system, a panoramic electro‑chromic roof, flush‑fit door handles and a drag coefficient of 0.249. Safety equipment includes ten airbags and advanced driver‑assist systems such as Travel Assist 3.0.

Pricing starts around €50,635 in Spain and about 1.15 million CZK in the Czech market, positioning the Peaq against large electric SUVs such as the Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 9 and Volvo EX90.
