Aurora Ramazzotti wins premiere of ‘Ballando con le Stelle’

Aurora Ramazzotti won the first episode of the new season of the Italian dance competition ‘Ballando con le Stelle’ on Rai 1. Performing a Jive alongside professional dancer Nikita Perotti, the 29-year-old earned 43 points from the jury, tying for the highest technical score with Olympic champion Andy Díaz and partner Gioia Giovanatti.

While the jury praised Ramazzotti’s potential, the final result was determined by the audience vote, which secured her victory for the evening. Her mother, Michelle Hunziker, watched the performance from home and expressed her emotional pride regarding her daughter’s ability to establish her own identity on stage.

No contestants were eliminated during this premiere episode, and the remaining 13 couples are scheduled to return to the dance floor on October 10.
