Sahara Ray, Australian model and entrepreneur, dies at 34

Australian model and entrepreneur Sahara Ray has died at the age of 34. Her family confirmed to TMZ that she passed away in a hospital on Sunday, October 18, surrounded by loved ones. The official cause of death has not yet been released.

Ray, the daughter of professional surfer Tony Ray, gained international recognition in 2016 due to her association with singer Justin Bieber. She was also the founder of the swimwear brand Sahara Ray Swim and maintained a significant social media presence with approximately 900,000 followers.

In April 2024, Ray shared that she had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare autoimmune disorder that can cause muscle weakness and paralysis, following a serious car accident.

Ray recently became a mother for the first time, giving birth to her daughter, Snow, in January. Following her passing, several public figures, including musician Mod Sun, shared tributes to her life and impact.
