Austrian Armed Forces: 200 recruits take oath in Türnitz

Approximately 200 recruits, including twelve women, officially began their service with the Austrian Armed Forces during a swearing-in ceremony in Türnitz. The event was attended by Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner and various guests from the security and political sectors.

The new soldiers will serve with the Guard in Vienna and the Military Command of Lower Austria. During the ceremony, which included military music and equipment displays, Minister Tanner emphasized that the recruits' commitment to responsibility and camaraderie constitutes an important contribution to the security of Austria.
