Austrian Court Sentences Two Albanians for Cocaine Bunker‑Vehicle Network

Two Albanian men were convicted by the Vorarlberg state court in Feldkirch for operating a covert cocaine distribution network that used a parked car in Bregenz as a "bunker vehicle". Prosecutors said orders were placed via a Telegram number in self‑destructing chats, the cocaine was stored in the vehicle and then delivered to buyers using rental cars. The ring’s hub was traced to Lloret del Mar in Spain, where the primary defendant maintained his residence.

The first defendant received a three‑year prison term, while the second was sentenced to four years. Both men denied membership in a criminal organization, but witnesses and evidence linked them to the network. Their lawyers announced plans to appeal, and the prosecution has also filed an appeal against the verdict.
