Authenticity and Modernity Party holds major rally in Azilal

The Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) held a large-scale meeting in Azilal, gathering over 3,000 militants to defend its government record and address regional challenges in rural Morocco.

Fatima Zahra El Mansouri, the party’s national coordinator, criticized political opponents for their perceived absence during the 2023 Al Haouz earthquake. She emphasized the party’s commitment to civic responsibility and highlighted its presence on the ground during the crisis. El Mansouri also noted the party’s efforts in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, including a 771 million dirham partnership agreement, while acknowledging that more resources are needed to combat regional marginalization.

Addressing economic concerns, Fouzi Lekjaa, a member of the political bureau, pledged to propose concrete measures to improve purchasing power. He advocated for reducing the tax burden on employees and civil servants and emphasized the need for five-year financial planning to ensure the feasibility of social and economic commitments.
