Geely Group expands global automotive presence in Europe and Latin America

The Geely Holding Group is significantly expanding its automotive footprint across Europe and Latin America through various brands including Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, and Lotus.

In Europe, Geely is launching the E2 electric compact, which will be manufactured at the Ford plant in Valencia, Spain. The model is positioned as an affordable entry into the EV market, with promotional prices in Spain starting as low as 13,990 euros. Other upcoming European releases include the Volvo EX60 and high-performance models from Polestar and Lotus.

In Argentina, Lynk & Co has officially launched its premium brand via Grupo Belcastro. The initial lineup features three plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUVs—the 01, 06, and 08 models—aiming for the ‘New Premium’ segment. The brand will operate through a network of 18 dealerships across several provinces.

In Chile, KGM has introduced its ‘Ultra Híbridos’ line, featuring the Torres HEV and Actyon HEV models. These vehicles utilize self-charging hybrid technology to provide improved urban efficiency and autonomy without the need for external charging.
