Avellino hosts summer concerts and festivals in historic center

On 3 August, singer‑songwriter Simona Molinari performed at the Antica Dogana in Avellino as part of her “Kairos” tour, presenting material from her seven albums and recent tribute album “Hasta Siempre Mercedes”. The concert was accompanied by a poetic‑musical reading in the Church of the Carmine.

The city’s “Mercoledì al Centro Storico” series continued on 5 August with its third evening, offering a programme that spreads across squares, alleys and venues. Highlights include a balcony serenade by Caramix and Disco Forno, a samba roda de samba by La Galera de Rua Napoli in the Dogana Club, street music by the association MABI, and performances by Mister Punch and the Pasquale Innarella Trio. The events aim to animate Avellino’s historic centre with music, culture and community participation.
